We will contact you by phone only if we want to communicate details about your order, as well as the rule of the emails and SMSes sent by us confirm the registration or shipment of your order.
PRODUCTS that CAN'T be shipped by DHL EXPRESS:

New! While we want you to enjoy your products as soon as possible we deliver by DHL EXPRESS, the transit time is about 24-48 hours and costs approximately 20euro. We also have a economy choice - GLS, transmit time 5-7 working days about half the cost of DHL. The shipping cost is calculated at the checkout and it depends on volume and weight. There are several regions where additional charges are levied, we will contact you later if necessary.

We pack the products with great care and we make sure that any order reaches you completely and safely, we ask in the cold season not to open the packages as soon as you received the package but to wait until 4-5 hours for the products to reach room temperature, we do not accept responsibility for any damages caused by the non-observance of this mention (eg the primer "freezes" at about 5 degrees, do not open the bottle because it can break the brush, place the bottle under hot water jet for a few minutes and wait 1-2 hours before opening, the quality of the primer is not affected in any way)
If you recieve a damaged product, you have a missing product or any other situation with your order please write an email to mihai.bruma@noliashop.com and we will refund you as soon as possible for the amount you paid for that exact product.
